Your discover of the wonder of playing with an array of flavours, from herbs to oils to alcohol and creating your own unique truffle recipe. Learning the art of working with moulds to create traditional Belgian style chocolates. Being taken in the play of chocolate decorating and the fun of beautiful artful chocolate decorations that will be a WOW factor.
